Wayne reads everything that comes in. Some replies take longer than others, but nothing goes into a bin.
Send the article URL and the specific claim. It will be checked, and if it is wrong, it will be fixed and noted. That is the whole process.
That usually means the article missed a real scenario. Worth knowing about. No guarantee of a same-day response, but it will be read.
High iron and sulfur together, extreme hardness, a septic system, a very small space. If the standard advice does not apply, ask. Wayne has probably seen a version of it.
